Due to increasing insurance, maintenance, vendor, and water costs, the LBV HOA monthly dues have increased to $370, effective January 1, 2025. We realize that everyone is looking for ways to save money, and we continue to do what we can to keep our costs down, while keeping our property as attractive and sustainable as possible.  We appreciate your understanding.
